If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method you used for the purchase. Refunds typically take 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
The following products and services are not eligible for a refund:
Customized Products: Any product that is made to your specifications or customized in any way.
Downloadable Software or Digital Goods: Once digital products are downloaded, they cannot be refunded.
