4.2 For Third-Party Vendor Products

Refunds for vendor products depend on the vendor’s own policies.
ZSM Tech is not responsible for vendor refund decisions.

If you face any issues accessing your course or digital product:

  • Provide screenshots, order details, or error messages

We will evaluate the issue and assist with re-delivery or technical support at no cost.

Note: Technical issues do not guarantee a refund unless the product is completely unusable due to our system fault.


 

6. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your payment was made without your permission:

  • We may request verification details

  • If confirmed, a refund may be issued depending on the severity

For disputes made through your bank or payment provider, our team will provide documentation to resolve the case.


 

7. Duplicate Payments
